Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS.  NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS.

Exchanges (only) for a different size are acceptable if initiated within 10 days of delivery for items in brand new condition.  Brand new condition is defined as free from smell, hair, deodorant residue, tags attached and in original (non-damaged) packaging.  Items should be able to be resold to a new customer in as-is condition.  

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@blackonblackapparelco.com with a subject heading "Exchange" within 10 days of package delivery. Please wait for return authorization and instructions prior to returning the item.  Should the item be returned without receipt of a RA from Black on Black Apparel Co., the return will be denied.

Upon receipt and inspection of returned item:

If APPROVED- you will receive instructions on how to pay shipping costs for new size.  Should the desired size be out of stock, you will receive a store credit (less original shipping cost).

If DENIED- you will receive a communication from Black on Black Apparel Co. with reasons why the item is not accepted and instructions of how to pay shipping costs to have the item returned to you.  If you decline paying the return shipping costs, your item will be discarded.  Return shipping cost must be paid within 3 days of receiving the return denial communication otherwise, the item will be discarded.

NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item is received damaged or defective, please send an email to Info@blackonblackapparelco.com immediately and include pictures. Case-by-case instructions will be provided.  **If no communication is initiated within 10 days of delivery, customer loses the ability to report an item as damaged or defective and normal NO RETURN policy will be in effect.
